Refund policy

For bulk or first-time orders, we recommend confirming product suitability with our technical team to avoid incorrect selection.

At Orient Group, we manufacture and supply industrial Coated Abrasives. As Abrasives are consumable products, returns and exchanges are subject to the conditions below.

1. Return / Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if:

Product is unused, unmounted, uncut
Product is in original packaging
Item is in resalable condition

Used or partially used products are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Wrong Product Ordered
If an incorrect product is ordered by the customer:

Exchange is allowed once, subject to inspection
Customer bears return shipping cost
Price difference (if any) must be paid
Exchange is processed after quality verification

3. Manufacturing Defect / Transit Damage
We offer replacement or refund if:

A manufacturing defect is found, or
Transit damage is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photos/videos are provided

In such cases, return shipping will be arranged by us or adjusted accordingly.

4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Used, cut, or mounted abrasives
Custom sizes or special specifications
Bulk, clearance, or discounted orders
Damage caused due to improper use, incorrect RPM, or wrong application

5. Refunds
Refunds are processed after inspection

Refund timeline: 7–10 working days
Refunds are issued as a credit note
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
 

6. Important Note
Abrasive performance depends on correct product selection, application, machine speed, and operating conditions. Performance dissatisfaction due to incorrect usage or selection is not a valid reason for return.
